Timeframe for dispatch of your order
As we specialise in customising chocolate designs to your packaging requirements, we produce and package your chocolates on receipt of your order. Please therefore allow up to two to three weeks for delivery of your custom chocolates. We aim to get confectionery orders dispatched within 48 hours.
On the odd occasion that we may be unable to fulfill your order, we will contact you within two working days to notify you, and you will have the option of cancelling your order or placing your order on hold until stock is available.
If you require your order by a specific date, such as for a special birthday or wedding, you are welcome to order up to three months in advance and note your required delivery date in the delivery instructions/comments section when placing your order online.
Delivery of Goods to You
Our goods are delivered by courier, and every care is taken by us to ensure the products are well protected in their packaging to reach you in optimum, unbroken condition. If there has been any damage to your order during shipment, or you are unhappy in any way about the condition of the order you have received, please notify us within seven days of receipt to enable us to provide a suitable remedy for you.
Our standard courier delivery timeframe from dispatch of your order from our production facility is 1-2 working days for North Island and 2-4 working days for South Island deliveries. Rural deliveries may take an extra day or two. Please contact us for delivery timeframes for international orders.
Refunds
Please choose carefully when selecting your order as we are unable to issue a refund if you change your mind once an order has been placed. We are unable to accept product returns for any unwanted product.
Cancellation
Please choose carefully when placing your order as we are unable to cancel your order once it has been placed.
Warranty
We warrant that we will repair or make good any defects in the goods, if written notice of the claim is received by us within seven days from the date the goods were delivered. No claim will be accepted under such warranty if the defective goods have been incorrectly stored or used.
Liability
We will not be liable for any loss of any kind whatsoever suffered by you as a result of any cancellation of the contract or any negligence on the part of the Chocolates Are Us, its servants, agents or contractors.

This privacy policy applies across all individual websites that are owned and operated by Chocolates Are Us Limited.
