Our chocolate thins are a 5cm x 5cm square thin with a thickness of roughly 2mm.
What type of chocolate do you use? We use quality compound chocolate, manufactured in New Zealand.
Are your chocolates suitable for people with food intolerances or allergies? Our products are gluten and nut free, but do contain milk and soy products.
Are the chocolates made on licensed premises? Absolutely. Our chocolates are made on licensed premises and food standards are strictly adhered to.
How long can I keep my chocolates for? Your chocolates will last for 6 months if kept in a cool, dry place. To avoid discolouration of the chocolate through temperature fluctuations, keep chocolates out of direct sunlight. Please also keep them out of the fridge or freezer as refrigeration creates moisture that can affect the appearance of the chocolate.
How long will my order take? As we specialise in customising chocolate designs to your packaging requirements, we produce and package your chocolates on receipt of your order. Please therefore allow up to two weeks for delivery of your chocolates. If you require an urgent order, please contact us as this can be arranged depending on our production schedule.
My event is not for another few months, can I order now for delivery closer to the date? Yes, you’re welcome to place an advance order up to three months before your required date. Please state your required delivery date in the “Message” field on the Place Order screen on checkout.
Do you do custom packaging? Yes, we can work with you on a custom design. Artwork charges may apply depending on the complexity of what you are after but we do offer a variety of solutions. Send us an email and we can provide you with a customised quote. Standard packaging colours are silver, white and gold.
How much will it be to courier my order to me? For orders placed through our website, the following courier charges will apply.

For international delivery addresses, orders will be dispatched in polystyrene chilly bins to make sure they reach you in optimum condition.
What if my chocolates arrive but are broken? Our chocolates are delicate but we take a lot of care to ensure your chocolates will arrive safely. In the event that some chocolates get damaged during shipping, please contact us within seven days of receipt of your order, and we will be happy to replace the broken chocolates sent back to us.
Can you send me any samples? We are more than happy to send some standard design samples for you to taste and check at no charge. If you require samples of chocolate with your custom logo/message before committing to a larger order, we can arrange this for you for as little as $40 + GST. All that is required is your artwork in EPS, PDF or JPEG format (in order of preference).
I’ve ordered a custom logo for my chocolate – what do I need to do now? Please send us an electronic copy of your required artwork in EPS, PDF or JPEG format (in order of preference) to firstname.lastname@example.org with reference to your order number. We’ll get straight back in touch with you to finalise your custom chocolate design. If you would like us to make minor changes to your artwork, such as add or omit text or use only part of your artwork, just let us know in your email. There is usually no additional charge for minor amendments to your artwork.
Once we’ve received your artwork, we do any necessary tweaking to ensure it will be embossed onto chocolate as clearly as possible, and then send you a draft layout back for your final approval. Production of your customised chocolate will only go ahead once we have received your confirmation that you are 100% happy with the proposed chocolate design.
I have a design in mind for a customised chocolate, but don’t have anything finalised that I can send through in electronic form. What should I do? Just give us a call or send us an email outlining what you think you’d like on your chocolates. For a simple design there may be no additional design charge for us to draft a custom look for your chocolates. For a more detailed design, we can quote you on a design fee if required.
Can you do other flavours or colours other than what is shown on the website? If you're looking for something different, please let us know. We are happy to customise flavours and colours to suit your requirements. Additional charges will apply, depending on quantity and complexity.
I have a retail store and would like to stock your products. Do you offer wholesale pricing to retailers? Absolutely. Wholesale pricing is available to approved business customers. For wholesale enquiries please get in touch with us via email or give us a call.
I'd like to order customised chocolates on a regular basis for my business. Do I need to pay for a set up charge every time? Not at all, the design and set up is a once only charge. Once you have a customised chocolate design, subsequent orders of chocolates would be the same price as our standard design chocolates. Please enquire for our wholesale pricing for regular business chocolate orders of customised or standard designs.
Do you have a maximum order quantity? No, our production facilities are designed to cater for both small and large scale orders. We produce thousands of chocolates per day so can readily handle orders in the tens of thousands if you have large scale promotion or event.
